When you reach your plan's upload limit, guests will see a notification that the gallery is full. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase capacity and continue collecting photos without interruption.
The upload duration varies by plan: Frame (1 day), Album (7 days), Gallery (15 days), and Studio (30 days). You can extend this period by upgrading your plan or contacting our support team.
Photos are stored for the duration specified in your plan: Frame (7 days), Album & Gallery (1 month), and Studio (3 months). You can download all photos before the retention period ends to keep them permanently.
Video uploads are available for Album (1 min at 720p), Gallery, and Studio plans (3 min at 1080p). The free Frame plan supports photos only. Video quality and duration increase with higher-tier plans.
