1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pixilia's QR code photo sharing platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Pixilia's QR code photo sharing service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Pixilia at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or content you upload to our service. However, by uploading content, you grant Pixilia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy functionality
• is inappropriate for the intended audience or purpose of the event

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
